Redevelopment
This element will identify residential, commercial, and industrial areas in need of redevelopment and relate the necessary improvements to the other elements of the plan. This element will also define areas of particular importance to the interest and appearance of the community and provide the design guidelines for building and public realm improvements and uses that are to occur within each of the areas. Likewise, environmental factors that may diminish the quality of life and reduce property values will be identified and addressed by the plan.
