Transportation
This element will address traffic circulation, transit, bicycle routes, airport, railway, recreation routes, pedestrian movement, and parking. A performance and connectivity analysis of the existing street grid will be included in this element, as will a thoroughfare plan and transit plan, each with consideration given the relationship between the transportation network and land use patterns.
